Welcome to LuLaRoe Kanako Asakura! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship to all locations within the United States as well as US Territories and Military Addresses.
Shipping Rates:
- $6.50 for orders under 1 lb
- $9.50 for orders over 1 lb
- FREE U.S. shipping on all orders $125+
🏠 Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Southern California.
Estimated transit times:
- West Coast: 1–3 business days
- East Coast: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
🚚 Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS for standard delivery.
On occasion, we may use FedEx or UPS depending on package size and destination.
📮 Shipping to PO Boxes
Yes! We do ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS.
⏱️ Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Processing times may be extended during new drops, seasonal promotions, or high-volume periods.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also log into your customer portal to check all order history.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.
🔐 Lost or Returned Packages
We offer optional Checkout+ package protection at checkout.
✅ What is Checkout+ ?
When you opt-in for Checkout+, your package is protected against loss, theft, and damage in transit. Shop with confidence knowing your purchase is protected from our door to yours.

Claims must follow our Return Policy Guidelines.
📬 Returned Orders
If a package is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address or delivery refusal), we will contact you before reshipping. A reshipping fee may apply.
🔁 Missing or Damaged Orders (Without Checkout+)
If Checkout+ is not selected, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion but it is not guaranteed.
💵 Taxes & Fees
There are no hidden fees.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout and applied according to your state and local laws. You will be liable for paying all applicable taxes for your purchase.
⏳ Extended Delays
While most packages arrive on time, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume may occur.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact us at

You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships with a tracking link.
