We truly want you to love what you get—and we’ll always do our best to make things right if you don’t. While returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, our goal is simple: happy customers and fair solutions.

We proudly stand behind every piece we send out. Returns, exchanges, and store credit are available for all full-priced items. Plus, if you choose store credit on a full-priced item return, you'll receive a 5% bonus on top of your return value!

All sale items may be returned for store credit only.

If your purchase was part of a promotion (like Buy One, Get One Free), a full refund requires returning all items from the promo. Otherwise, you’ll be credited the value of the item returned.

Important Return Guidelines:

⏰ You must request your return within 7 days of receiving your item. Due to the fast pace of our inventory, we’re unable to accept returns beyond that window.

✨ Returned items must be in original condition—free of tears, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear. We do not use air fresheners in our space out of consideration for customers with allergies, and any item returned with heavy fragrance will be returned to sender. To help prevent scent transfer, please keep return items in their original plastic bag.

🤍 All returns are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny any return request at our discretion.

Prefer to skip Checkout+? No problem—you can still return eligible items, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
